Today Celia woke up from her nap an hour early so we sat on the couch downstairs and talked. It was really funny because I'm just learning that Celia really does know more than I give her credit for. It was snack time and she had pretzels. I had an apple. Quickly she said "all done. pretzels. apple." So we started the "which do you like better" game. Here's just a couple of her answers:
Pretzels or Apples? Apples.
Bennett or Mommy? Bennett.
Mommy or Daddy? (cut her eyes at me) Daddy.
Milk or Juice? Milk
Chicken or French Fries? French Fries
Chicken or Green Beans? (long pause) Eggs.
Also tonight I have a dessert and coffee for Caleb Ministries at our house. Dave is taking the girls to see the animals walk from the train station to the arena. I can't imagine what Celia will think seeing an elephant on 3rd street. Will send him with the camera. Hopefully we'll get some good shots.
